We walk the floor with you and agree the scope in writing. No per-hour guessing.

Most contracts run after close or before opening, so staff and clients never see us working.

What changes the price.
Quotes are free and given in writing after we have seen the space. These are the things that actually move the number.
Floor area and washroom count
Washrooms drive more labour per square foot than open office space does.
Frequency
Nightly, weekly and monthly are priced differently per visit. More frequent is cheaper per visit.
Flooring mix
Carpet, vinyl and hard floor each need different equipment and cycles.
Questions we get asked.
Can you clean outside business hours?
Yes, and most offices prefer it. We are open 24 hours and run evening, overnight and early-morning routines.
Do we need to supply anything?
No. Equipment, consumables and product are included unless you need a specific product used on site, in which case we will use yours.
Will it be the same cleaners each visit?
Discuss staffing consistency and cover arrangements before agreeing a recurring schedule.
What is the difference between this and janitorial services?
Mostly scale and scope. Office cleaning is the routine for a tenancy; janitorial usually covers a whole building including common areas, floors and consumables management. Plenty of clients start with one and add the other.
