Seasonal tidy-ups and green waste
Yard and landscaping cleanup.
This is tidy-up and haul-away work, not garden design. It suits the two moments in the year when a property gets away from its owner: the spring clear after months of wet, and the autumn leaf and cutback before winter. The part people underestimate is disposal. A yard cleanup generates more green waste than a household bin will take, and moving it is most of the labour.

What the job includes.
Leaf and debris clearing
Lawns, beds, pathways and the corners where wind piles everything up.
Hedge and shrub tidying
Shaping and cutback, with the clippings removed rather than left in a heap.
Bed weeding and edging
Beds cleared and edges redefined so the shape holds through the season.
Green-waste haul-away
Loaded and taken to the appropriate facility. Usually the largest part of the job.
Gutter-adjacent ground debris
What came off the roof and landed in the beds, cleared at the same time.
Post-storm cleanup
Branch fall and scattered debris after the weather events this valley gets every winter.
How it runs.
-
Walk the property and agree scope
Cleanup can expand indefinitely, so we agree what is in and what is out before starting.
-
Clear, then cut, then haul
Bulk debris first, cutting second, so everything leaves in one load.
-
Hard surfaces cleaned last
Paths and drives blown down after the green work so nothing is tracked back.
What changes the price.

Volume of green waste
Hauling and disposal is usually the largest single part of the job, not the cutting.
How overgrown it is
A seasonal tidy is quick. A property left for a year is a different job.
Access for loading
A yard with truck access loads faster than one where everything is carried to the street.
Questions we get asked.
Do you do ongoing lawn maintenance?
No. This is one-off and seasonal cleanup work. For weekly mowing and year-round garden care you want a dedicated landscaper, and we will happily point you to one.
Is green-waste disposal included?
Yes, hauling and disposal are included in the quote. Very large volumes, a full cleared lot for example, may need a second load, and we will tell you before doing it.
When is the best time to book?
Late autumn once the leaves are down, and early spring before growth starts. Those two are also the busiest, so booking ahead matters more than for most of our services.
Do you remove tree stumps or fell trees?
No. Tree felling and stump grinding need certified arborists and different insurance. We clear debris and do cutback work only.
